  • Tagine of Lamb Slowly Cooked in a Tomato and Ginger Sauce with Coriander Seeds, Apricots and Toasted Almonds topped with Tomato Salsa and finished with Riata served in Terracotta Dishes
  • Char-grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Stack and Banana Leaf lined Zinc Buckets of Roast Pepper, Chickpea, Couscous and a Red Camargue Rice Salad
  • Toasted Sweet Potato and Aubergine finished with Toasted Seeds and Fingers of Warm Flat Bread
